St. Nicholas, Santa Claus Germany paper Santa with decorated broom 7.5".  The pictures show the bright color of this early paper piece. It is embossed slightly which you can see from the reverse photo. Nice Christmas collectible.  Maybe people pasted these onto christmas gifts or decorated with them I am no sure.
