Vintage 8" 1960's action figure sheriff.  No markings?  This is an interesting toy part, it obviously should have a horse but there are no identifying marks.  Figure can move at the waist and both arms are articulated.  Unlike Marx and Hartland figures the hat is molded onto the toy.
